Motor Insurance Database reporting

The 4th EU Directive makes it a legal requirement to have all vehicle details reported on the Motor Insurance Database (MID) this include rental, leased or demonstrator vehicles. We can provide this administration service for you to

• reduce time consuming administration
• ensure you are fully compliant
• give complete accuracy
• produce full management reports

Fuel Management

We can provide fuel cards for your company vehicles,in return you will receive more control and visibility of your fuel expenditure through the provision of management reports.

Logistics and Storage

We can manage and control all of your vehicle movements between locations.  Under this re-allocation process we valet and run a comprehensive vehicle safety check to ensure they are roadworthy.

When vehicles reach the end of their contract we also refurbish and valet them to an acceptable standard before we dispose of them.

Managing Out

We can assume responsibility for the administration of your fleet to ensure you have a smooth transition between suppliers - this is suited to those moving from multi to sole supply.

Drivers can purchase their vehicle

Whether you are a driver, you are their friends or family you are able to purchase your vehicle at the end of the lease contract with a 6 month AA 5 year mechanical breakdown insurance.
