Top ten leasing company, ING Car Lease has taken the hassle out of ongoing vehicle management with the launch of an on-site maintenance and repairs service. Through partnerships with leading maintenance providers, Automotive Service Group and Smiths Electric Vehicles, ING Car Lease is able to reduce the time vehicles are off the road, freeing up time for busy clients.
ING Car Lease’s on-site maintenance and repair service is a UK wide offering for existing lease customers as part of their vehicle management package. It is available for fleets running both company cars and light commercial vehicles.
Repair and maintenance is one element of fleet management that can be a huge burden to businesses in terms of the logistics of employees having to arrange for their vehicle to be out of service. Service on-site enables employees to schedule for vehicle servicing or repairs to be carried out at their convenience, in the company car park, while they continue their working day.
To make the process of booking annual services or vehicle maintenance simpler still, drivers can schedule services and maintenance online using ING Car Lease’s fleet management system.
