This link will enable Fleet Managers to access the online quote system and fleet management reports.

e-Quotations

The online quote system will enable you to view all grades within your policy and download a ratebook for each to Excel. In addition fleet managers can also use the compare vehicle functionality to review up to three vehicles.

There is a tax calculator within the quote which can be emailed or printed or your records.

e-Reporting

The online report system will allow you to review high level fleet management information by exception using the traffic light system of Dashboard reports.

Single Driver Information will provide you with key vehicle details by registration or driver surname. A quick and simple way to view vehicle contracts, fine and accident information at the touch of a button.

A full set of standard reports are available to download into an excel or pdf format. If you have any bespoke report requirements not met by the standard reports please contact your Account Manager who can arrange for these to be created for you to view online.
